Energy Performance Contacting

Under an Energy Performance Contract or EPC, SMART ESCO develops, implements and finances energy efficiency projects and renewable energy projects. We use the stream of income from the cost savings or the renewable energy produced to repay the costs of the project, including the costs of the investment. In EPC, SMART ESCO remuneration is based on demonstrated performance; a measure of performance is the level of energy or cost savings or the level of energy service. SMART energy supply contracting (sometimes known as delivery contracting) is focused on the supply of a set of energy services (e.g. heating, lighting, motive power, etc.) mainly via outsourcing the energy supply through collaborative consumption projects.

Project Finance

We facilitate project financing focusing on small-scale power generation, district energy, water, utilities, carbon and infrastructure. If there is a project that is worth doing then we make sure there is money available to do it.

Carbon projects are designed to be profitable. We can assit in origination, accreditation, development, operation and financing.
